A Closer Listen
Planet Ronin Music is an independent ambient and electronic music artist and label. Releases explore the intersection of sound, space, and silence — from glacial drone works to intricate post-classical compositions. The Transmissions blog publishes long-form writing on ambient music history, listening culture, and the artists shaping the genre's future. We would welcome the opportunity to have our releases considered for review and our editorial work featured in your coverage of the ambient music community.
Headphone Commute
Planet Ronin Music publishes ambient and electronic music for deep, attentive listening — the kind of music that rewards headphone listening at its most immersive. Releases span ambient, dark ambient, drone, and post-classical, designed for the serious listener. The Listening Room section of our site features in-depth reviews of audiophile equipment — headphones, amplifiers, turntables, and speakers — written for the same audience that reads Headphone Commute. We would be honored to be included in your coverage of independent ambient artists and releases.
Resident Advisor
Planet Ronin Music is an independent artist operating at the experimental edge of electronic music — ambient, drone, dark ambient, and post-classical work that prioritizes depth and atmosphere. Music sits comfortably alongside the artists covered in RA's ambient and experimental coverage. PRM Radio streams freeform ambient music 24/7. We would welcome consideration for release reviews, artist features, and inclusion in your ambient and experimental music coverage.
Bandcamp Daily
Planet Ronin Music is an independent ambient and electronic music artist with a growing catalog of releases across ambient, drone, dark ambient, and post-classical music. All releases are available on Bandcamp, and we are committed to the direct artist-to-listener model that Bandcamp supports. The Transmissions blog covers the broader ambient music community with the same depth and seriousness that Bandcamp Daily brings to its editorial coverage. We would be grateful for consideration for Best New Music, genre roundups, and artist features.
