Planet Ronin Music is a solo project by Russell Biaggi, an electronic music producer from California. He started making music in 2014, inspired by various genres such as ambient, synthwave, downtempo, and industrial. His music reflects his personal experiences, emotions, and worldview, as well as his fascination with science fiction, dystopian themes, and existential questions.
Planet Ronin Music has released several albums and singles over the years, such as Hidden from the Sun (2014), Skynet (2015), I Am a Cage, in Search of a Bird (2018), and Burning Bridges (2021). His music has been featured on various platforms such as YouTube, Spotify, Last.fm, and AllMusic.
Planet Ronin Music's name is derived from the concept of a ronin, a samurai without a master or a lord in feudal Japan. Biaggi chose this name to represent his independent and rebellious spirit, as well as his desire to explore new territories and challenge himself creatively. He considers himself a planet ronin, a wanderer in the vast universe of music.
